We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fissler premium cookware; if for any reason you are not, you may return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for processing.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Cookware

Carefully place the unused items in their original Fissler packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.

Drop Off and Refund

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
